About 

I specialised in safeguarding for the majority of my 31 year police career.  My work included representing the four Welsh police forces on national working groups and also international deployment with the National Crime Agency.

Within sport I have led Cricket Wales as their Lead Safeguarding Officer for a decade, leading us to achieve the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit Level 3 Award.  I was awarded the NSPCC Safeguarding Star Award in 2016.
